Essential Functions:
Content Creation: As a Freelance Intern, your primary responsibility will be to assist in content creation efforts. This includes writing articles, blog posts, social media content, and other forms of written material. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our content team, brainstorming ideas, conducting research, and producing compelling content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
Editing and Proofreading: Attention to detail is crucial in this role. You will be expected to review and edit content to ensure it meets our quality standards. This involves proofreading for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and overall clarity. Your ability to provide constructive feedback and make suggestions for improvement will be highly valued.
Collaborative Projects: BakoMedia promotes a collaborative work environment, and as a Freelance Intern, you will have the chance to work alongside our talented team members on various projects. This may include assisting in video production, conducting interviews, attending industry events, or participating in brainstorming sessions.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Video/Photo Editing Software: Strong working knowledge of video/photo editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other industry-standard editing tools.
Technical Skills: Understanding the fundamentals of video/photo editing, including familiarity with color grading, audio mixing, transitions, effects, and compositing techniques.
Attention to Detail: Having a keen eye for detail to ensure precise editing, including accurate timing, alignment, color correction, and visual consistency.
Creativity and Visual Storytelling: The ability to creatively enhance and shape video/photo content to effectively communicate a visual story or message.
Organization and File Management: Being organized and efficient in managing project files, folders, and assets to ensure smooth editing workflows and easy retrieval of media.
